- 4 baguettes
- Store-bought ranch dressing
- 4 portobello mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 4 slices Muenster cheese
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat panini maker.
- Slice open baguettes and spread with ranch dressing.
- Place mushrooms and one slice each Muenster and cheddar cheese in each baguette.
- Close baguettes carefully and bake in panini maker until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
